You need a pencil, a piece of paper and a timer, you are going to create your own HIIT (High intensity interval training) workout - Choose any 8 exercises (e.g press up, squats, jumping jacks) and write them down - You will then go through the exercises you have chosen with 40secs work, 20secs rest continuously until you have completed 2 circuits.
